MY BREAKFAST

I am a good eater and insist on one of the following items or combination of items for my breakfast !
Idli with coconut chutny or sambar
Plain dosa with coconut chutny or sambar
Aappam with vegetable kurma
Idiappam with coconut chutny or potato coconutmilk stew or coconutmilk with sugar
Puttu with kadala curry.
If it is idli with sambar, I like enjoying the same in typical Tamil style.You know how? Take a shallow bowl.Take three fourth fill of sambar.Add a couple of idlis well immersed in sambar.Add a little pure ghee. Cut small pieces of idli,pick a piece along with a little sambar using a tea spoon and help yourself! Ensure both idli and sambar are steaming hot.

MY LUNCH

As I said, Iam a good eater and generally I welcome a number of Kerala specialities along with my lunch.Rise accompanied by Sambar, Kootucurry, Avial, Olan, Thoran, Pachadi, Kalan, Rasam and vereity of pickles make my lunch wholesome and after these courses I use to have sweet dishes like Payasam.Main list of payasams contain two, for sure!
